Re: Yadira Chavez

It is with pleasure that I write this letter of recommendation for Yadira Chavez. I have had
Yadira as a student for the past two years as part of my Health Careers Pathway Program. As
part of this program Yadira has consistently turned in outstanding work, is always very
prepared for class, offers great insight to class discussion and pushes herself to be a great
student.
During her four years of high school, Yadira has continued to excel. She is in the top part
of her class academically, is carrying a GPA of 4.0 and has been on the school's honor roll
every semester of her high school career. Yadira has also completed over 50 hours of
community service and has been an active member of the campus Child Development Club,
the Academic Leadership Club all while participating on our school girls wrestling team. Yadira
has proven to be a very motivated and determined individual and will be very successful in all
activities.
Yadira has expressed an interest in pursuing a career in nursing and will be a great
asset to the profession. As a teacher, it is a privilege to have a student like Yadira in my class,
and as a Physical Therapist, it would be a pleasure to have Yadira as a colleague once her
education is finished.
