To Whom It May Concern,

I am writing this letter on behalf of Tiffany Glass, my student teacher for the 2019-2020 school
year at Cambria Elementary, fourth grade Math and Science classes. Ms. Glass has been with
me throughout her senior year from Mount Aloysius College, where she is getting her Bachelor’s
Degree in K-4 Elementary Education with a minor in English. She has been working with me
since October, and I have seen her develop throughout the year with confidence and excitement
in the classroom.

When she began in the Fall of 2019 she was observing, and right away was willing to help and
jump right in when I asked her to. She was willing to work with students, prepare lessons on the
spot, and take over as needed. She is an asset to the classroom. She began full-time teaching
in the Spring of 2020 and stepped in flawlessly with my students. She established a great
rapport with my students and they look up to her for guidance and assistance. Her
management skills have improved each day, and she has done a fabulous job keeping the
students engaged and on task even through the most chaotic days.

Ms. Glass shows up on time everyday and is completely prepared for her lessons. She is also
very flexible when plans change at the last minute, which happens often in the elementary
building. She is willing to try new things with the students and come up with her own engaging
lessons and projects to assess their knowledge. She also has learned to change her instruction
based on the needs of the students at the time. She would be an asset to any district that would
be looking to hire an elementary teacher.

I fully recommend Tiffany Glass for any teaching position she would be applying for. She would
be a wonderful colleague that is willing to share her knowledge and learn from others. If you
have any questions or would like to continue to learn more about her, please feel free to email
me at wstrunk@cencam.org or call 814-472-8432.

Sincerely,
Wendy Strunk
