What I do know about anxiety:

● Anxiety can impact all aspects of your life.

● Anxiety is a mental illness that affects people all around the world.

● Many people don’t realize that they have an anxiety disorder.

● Anxiety can be linked to depression.

● People that have anxiety experience overwhelming feelings of fear, stress, or

anxiousness.

● Anxiety affects your physical body.
