GUIDELINES ON THE PROCEDURE OF THE ISSUANCE OF INTERIM CDO

Presence of any of the grounds for

EMB Regional Director shall issue to the Respondent a Notice of Violation (NOV) with
Interim Cease and Desist Order (valid for 7 days) with attached copy of Results of
Laboratory Analyses (ROLA)

EMB Regional Office shall conduct a Technical Conference with the


Respondent within seventy-two (72) hours upon execution/service of interim
CDO in order for the Respondent to execute commitment with EMB-RO
