AGREEMENT

This agreement is made at Mumbai on 11 September, 2009 by and between:

Name of your production house pvt limited, a company incorporated under the
provisions of the companies’ act 1956. (B block, xy apartments, Parle <w>,
Mumbai 4000 052) (Here in after referred as “1st party”)

AND

Your name, address,.(Here in after referred as “2nd party” )

The 1st party is engaged in producing television serials AND where as the 2nd party
renders services as an Artist .The 1st party has approached the 2nd to make himself
available for to render professional services as an artist for the serial “SWAZZ KI
DUNIYA” to be aired on Star tv .

THE PARTIES HERETO ACCEPT AND WITNESSETH AS FOLLOWS:

1)”Agreement” means this agreement and also includes any extensions

amendments, to, if any to this agreements.

2) The 2nd party agrees to render professional services as an artist of the character
“RAJ”<the lead role of the show >for the serial being produced by the 1st party.

3) The entire copyright & all other rights shall rest with Star India Pri9vate Limited
in perpetuity.

4) In consideration of rendering services the 1st party shall pay to 2nd

1, 00,000<One lakh Only> inclusive of all taxes and duties per shooting day and
the same shall be paid after a period of 30 days. This amount is fixed for one
year .No increment will be considered in this contractual period.

5) This agreement is for a period staring from 12th September ,2009 till the
existence of the character.

6) The 2nd party confirms that he is a member if the Cine Artist

Association<CINTA>.incase he is not then the penalty by the association is borne
by the 2nd party .

7) The 2nd party undertakes not to break the shooting schedule.

8) The 2nd party agrees allows his face name signature voice to be used in
connection to the promotion of the serial.

9) The 2nd party also agrees to give 12 hours <twelve hours>per day for call time
/shift time.

10) The 1st party can terminate the Agreement/contract on the following grounds:

A) If the Production of the serial is stopped by Star India Private Limited

B) If the production is discontinued by the first party cue to economic /commercial

viability.

C) If the 2nd party quits the serial due to some reasons.

11) In the event of breach of any of the points in the agreement by the 2nd party
,the agreement stands terminated.

12) The income tax if any will be deducted at source and a T.D.S (Tax Deducted at
source) certificate will be issued to the 2nd party.

13) An insurance cover will be provided to the 2nd party by the 1st according to
latter conditions.

14) The construction, validity and performance of this Agreement shall be

governed by the Laws of India and will be subjected to Mumbai Jurisdiction.

IN THE WITNESS THEREOF THE PARTIES HAVE SET THEIR HANDS

RESPECTIVELY ON THIS AGGREEMENT ON THE DATE GIVEN AT
MUMBAI.
