The business is a limited liability partnership, each partner is liable only for

the amount of his/her personal investment in Shake It Up milk shake business. No

other legal liability exist. The actual agreement contains no special conditions or

clauses. Shake It Up is a partnership which every member serve as a partnership of the

business and composed of four member. Shake It Up is a milk shake shop managed by four

partners. The member of this business taking Bachelor of Science in Entrepreneurship at

Universidad De Sta. Isabel is Gerald Vale, Dianne Maru Flor, Daryl Mae Adante, Ma Josefa

Grageda. Shake It Up agreement including term, capital, profit and loss, salaries and drawings,

Interest, Management duties and restriction.

Deal Structure

Shake It Up will require ₱ 150,000 to start up and grow the rapid rate necessary for

the organization to achieve it pontential. And to buy the raw materials, ingredients to operate

the business to generate the investment.
