To Whom It May Concern,

It is with great pleasure and extreme confidence that I recommend Alicia Ramos for any
future endeavours. I’ve known Alicia for many years now, and she has always shown
confidence, responsibility, trustworthiness and capability in the tasks she takes on. She is an
ambitious, generous and reliable young woman who is successfully transitioning into adulthood
and carries those values with her. Alicia has always shown determination in her tasks and is
trustworthy any time she takes on a new project.
She has volunteered to mentor other students at El Capitan High School. She is very
comfortable coming into the health office and assisting us whenever she is needed. Alicia has
also shown her ability to have positive interactions with students and adults that she comes into
contact with. She does this by showing respect to others, regardless of the situation.
Alicia plans on pursuing a career in becoming a teacher in History, English or Science.
She plans on attending Merced Junior College then transferring to the University of California
Merced or Fresno State. I am certain that Alicia will be successful in achieving her goals due to
her sound upbringing, moral fortitude and go get them attitude. She currently works at In-N-Out
and she has been able to balance work and school with success.
Her positive outlook on life and her intelligence, willingness to be involved in any school
project makes her difficult to replace. I highly recommend Alicia for any scholarship she applies.
I have full confidence that she will pursue any career. The addition of Alicia to any team,
whether it is employment, school, club, volunteering or social activity, will be nothing less than a
successful decision.
