In dis cans ai wuld laik to tell you about mai spic with de taitel “simple sport” and lets
bigen.

Everybody wants to become healthy, many (meni) poeple spend much money for
keeping their healthy. They visit their doctor regulary to have general check up. They do at
least (lis) once in a month (man). They consume (kenzum) some vitamins (baitemin), join
fitness center, consume more nutritious (nutrisyes) food and many others.

Beside that, we can also do simple sport to be healthy. We can do jogging, we can
running, we can walking in the morning. We only need (nid) T-Shirt (Ti-sert), short, and running
shoes. The fresh air in the morning is good for our lungs. We can do these (des) sport twice
(twais) in a week in the morning.

It is cheap and simple, so to become healthy is not difficult and we don’t need spend
much money. Healthy is expensive, let’s keep our body healthy. Prevention (pribensyen) is
better than cure (kyur).

Opening :

The honorable judges, teachers, ladies and gentle man, and all my beloved friend.

First off all, i would like to say thank you for the chance giving to me.

In this chance i would like to tell you about my speech with title “simple sport”, and
lets begin.

Everybody wants to become healthy, many poeple spend much money for keeping
their healthy. They visit their doctor regulary to have general check up. They do at least once in
a month. They consume some vitamins, join fitness center, consume more nutritious food and
many others.

Beside that, we can also do simple sport to be healthy. We can do jogging, we can
running, we can walking in the morning. We only need T-Shirt, short, and running shoes. The
fresh air in the morning is good for our lungs. We can do these sport twice in a week in the
morning.

It is cheap and simple, so to become healthy is not difficult and we don’t need spend
much money. Healthy is expensive, let’s keep our body health. Prevention is better than cure.
