Motivation Letter

Dear boards of SPE UNDIP-SC,

My name is Eko Putra Bayu, usually called Eko. I am a 2nd-year student of Chemical
Engineering Department, Faculty of Engineering at Diponegoro University. I’m also a member
of SPE UNDIP-SC 2019.

With this letter, I would like to express my interest in being the Boards Member of SPE
UNDIP-SC 2020. I believe that applying as a board in this organization will improve both my
abilities and experiences, especially improve my ability in managing organization and
communication. Joining the boards member in this organization will also help me in my
studying and my career later. I want to give my abilities and ideas that I have as a chemical
engineering student to this organization and I believe that this organization is the right place for
me to make it all happen.

I hope that by being a board member I can participate in developing SPE UNDIP-SC. Besides
that, I also feel that I have an interest in petroleum processes and how it is used in everyday
life. I also think that joining as a board member can allow me to participate more in some
competitions that I interested in and gain so many experiences and achievements from it.

If I later become a part and accepted as an SPE UNDIP-SC boards member, I will spend my
time participating in running and developing this organization and also learn about teamwork,
communication, and organization management. I will also give my best ideas that I have for the
development of SPE UNDIP-SC later. Furthermore, I will also try to have achievements by
participating in some competitions related to the oil and gas industry held by other student
chapters.
