referral hospital can prevent sudden death in heart failure patients.
In our hospital, it turns out there are varied character and descriptions of chest pain
reports. Cases of coronary heart disease are also fairly high in Aceh Province. Preventive
management and lifestyle modification need to be done to reduce the incidence of CHD in
Aceh. Lifestyle modification can be a solution in cardiovascular cases. Rosiek and
Lekskowski in the study found 39%, 11%, and 10% reduction in mortality, respectively, in
reducing cholesterol, stopping smoking and increasing physical activity. A comparative study
of CHD patients in the normal group, found that a decrease in TDS, cholesterol levels, and
smoking cessation was associated with a reduction in death due to IHD (primary prevention
79%, secondary prevention 21%).
