Terms and Conditions:-
1 GST @ 18% Extra.
2 Payment Terms:- 40% of total contract value shall be paid as an advance towards mobilization of
machinery and manpower and Balance 60% shall be released within 1 days after completion of work or
submission of bill as approved by client Engineers / site officers.
3 Continuously water supply & 1 phase Electric supply to be provided at site by client free of cost.
4 Application will start 3 days after getting work order.
5 Scaffolding supply to be provided at site by client free of cost.
6 Site of working should be absolutely clear and clean for mounting of machinery and free movement of
workers.
7 The above rates for minimum 20 Core cutting one time at same site.
8 Any Extra scope of work like breaking and handling of concrete piece will be charges extra with our terms.
9 While doing core cutting job if we will face vertical rebar and unfortunately not able to take out the core
piece/sample the charge will be levied on you.
10 Once marking will be done by your site engineer or supervisior once marking is done we will do the
work and any changes in marking we will not responsible.
11 Boarding should be provided by client to our staff for the out station site.
12 Proper space or store room to be provided by client for machine storage & security.
