COMPANY PROFILE

BELLS AND RINGS CREATIVE EVENTS SOLUTION opened its doors in 2015.
It is the creation of Ms. Eunice Angelica M, Dogelio is a graduate of Psychology in
Cavite State University – Indang, Cavite. Ms. Dogelio began in this line of work when
one of her friend approached her asking if she could help her to finalize her wedding
preparations in a span of three months. Despite the time constraint, she accepted the
challenge and pulled off the event successfully, encouraging her to formally venture into
events management. Because of the successful wedding of her friend, she decided to
take Events Management Services. Since then, she has handled different kinds of
social gatherings such as weddings, debut and anniversaries. Our services are
available throughout the country to help fairs & festivals, families, event venues, and
resort properties present highly-effective events. We pride ourselves on attention to
detail and an "Extreme Theme" approach to quality event presentation. BELLS AND

COMPANY LOGO

The company logo was personally designed by the owner. As you can see
flowers were the most dominant design in the logo instead of the bells and rings. The
owner chooses flowers as because aside from the traditional bells and rings flowers
were very important in a wedding event. Flowers symbolize modesty and virginity. The
background color represents the personality of the owner which is loving, kind,
generous and sensitive to the needs of other.

SERVICE DETAILS

1. Preparation
 Provide wedding checklists to follow on a per-month basis (from 6 to 12 months
before).
 Assists in drawing up a wedding budget and helping couple manage to stay
within it.
 Assists in the development of wedding theme and colour palette.
 Assists in canvassing and booking the Church or Ceremony venue and
Reception venue and/or Caterer.
 Refer and set meetings together with the couple (bride and/or groom) to pre-
screened suppliers such as Designers, Caterer, Printer, Calligrapher, Florist,
Cakes, Photographer, Videographer, Favors, Bridal Car, Choir, Musicians,
Sound System and other bridal needs up to the last detail.
 Assist the couple in confirming details, services and final agreements with the
suppliers.
 Assist in negotiations and reviewing service contracts with the suppliers
 Assist in reviewing wordings and addressing of invitations.
 Work on RSVP Master List if required. Final guest list will come from the client in
excel format.
 Assist in composing and selecting readings, vows for the ceremony to be printed
in the missalette.
 Assist in selection of music for the ceremony and reception.
 Assist in preparing technical script, emcee’s script, wedding program for the
reception.
 Monitor timetable and activities of the couple (seminars, fittings, rehearsals, trial
make-up with pre-nuptial pictorial and licenses, etc.)
 Assist in submission of requirements/documents in the church.
 Monitor completion of services of suppliers (i.e. bridal gown, souvenirs, invitation,
etc.)
 Provide advice or suggestions on etiquette, wedding trend while blending with
culture, custom and tradition
 Unlimited Consultation and correspondences through meetings, phone calls,
email, or fax. Consultations and meeting must be arranged at least 5 days in
advance and is subject to the availability of the service provider and the client.
Should the client require the service provider to do ocular inspections for out of
town locations, an ocular fee must be arranged and paid. Full service
coordination has 1 free ocular inspection included in the package.
 Assist the client in planning out the payment schedule to the suppliers. The
service provider maintains that the client pay their supplier directly to avoid
mismanagement of finances. Once the service provider has secured the final
contract, the client pays its suppliers straight away except for special
circumstances i.e. the supplier is a recommended supplier of WTV.
 Assist in planning the bridal registry
2. Pre-event (Days to Weeks before the Big Day)
 Finalize all wedding plans and arrangements.
 Check and confirm details, instruction or changes of all suppliers’ services. All
changes made by ancillary suppliers and the client without acknowledgement
from WTV will be out of the service provider’s liability.
 Monitor activities of the client (dinners, showers, rehearsals, etc.)
 Follow up on pending arrangements or requirements
 Finalize church layout, missalette, and songs in coordination with officiating priest
or pastor.
 Finalize reception layout, food set-up, seating and place cards arrangements,
floral arrangements, cake table set-up, gift tables, musicians, stage, microphone,
Audio-visual set-up, dance floor, reception program, and all other details.
 Brief participants (attendants, readers, offerers, singers, emcee) in ceremony and
reception about their roles
 Work on wedding day requirements-materials, clothes, food, gifts, and
paraphernalia.
 Prepare a Wedding Day Schedule for the couple.
 Plan out payments to be made on the wedding day

3. The Wedding Day


A. At the Bride’s Preparation Venue
 Check on the Bride and the Entourage and coordinate on last minute
details
 Check on wedding gown, and all bridal items and accessories
 Check on arrival and services of suppliers: Hair and Make-up Stylist,
Photographers, Videographers, Florists
 Assist in assembly and preparation of displays as well as photo shoot,
hair and make-up and even bride’s meal before going to the church or
ceremony venue.
 Collect all needed materials to be brought to the church/ceremony
venue: flowers for the entourage and principal sponsors, missalettes,
veil, cord, arrhae, matches, Unity Candle (if applicable), and all other
wedding paraphernalia
 Collect all needed materials to be brought to the reception venue: gifts
and favors, wines, wine glasses, cake cutter (if applicable) and all
other wedding paraphernalia.
 Assist in the payment of balances to some suppliers WTV will handle
all payments on the wedding day. An acknowledgement receipt will be
given to the respective supplier and the client once payment has been
made.
 Implement new changes if necessary and take care of emergencies.
B. Site of the Ceremony
 Check lay-out, set-up, decorations, bridal couple’s pews and chairs,
seating arrangements of entourage, sponsors, parents, musicians’
area, sound system, etc.
 Assemble all needed materials and paraphernalia (i.e. Unity Candle)
 Check the arrival of musicians/choir/singer and coordinate with them.
 Check the arrival of Priest or Minister.
 Check the arrival of, brief and coordinate with, the Commentator,
Lector, Readers and Offerers.
 Distribute corsages, bouquets and boutonnieres to the entourage
 Distribute missalette or wedding programs
 Distribute matches, veil, cord, and pillows with arrhae and ring to the
entourage.
 Assist in organizing processional line-up for the sponsors and
entourage.
 Instruct ushers on seating plan of sponsors and entourage
 Prepare offertory items, (if applicable) wine, chalice and ciborium on
the offertory table.
 Last minute reminders and instructions for the participants
 Assist the bride with her gown, tiara, bouquet in preparation for her
wedding march.
 Assist in the payment of balances to some suppliers.
 Assist in an orderly photo shoot.
 Collect back all ceremonial paraphernalia and ensure that no item
endorsed shall be left behind.

C. Site of the Reception


 Check lay-out, set-up, food set-up, decorations, bridal couple’s table,
presidential table, receiving line, gift table, sound system, stage, audio-
visual equipment, dance floor, etc.
 Check on seating plan, place cards, table numbers, and chair counts.
 Set-up guest book table or receiving line materials and displays.
 Check delivery of flowers, centerpieces, decoration set-up
 Check delivery of cake and set-up of cake display table.
 Check all materials and paraphernalia for the activities: wine, wine
glasses, cake cutter, etc.
 Gather souvenirs, gifts for the sponsors and entourage in a secured
place for readily distribution.
 Meet and coordinate with Caterer, Captain Waiter, and Banquet Sales
Representative
 Check arrival of and coordinate with Musicians, Entertainers, Band,
Host/Emcee, Mobile and Sound System Personnel.
 Meet and coordinate with the members of the entourage on their roles
and activities.
 Coordinate with photographers and videographers regarding bridal
photo session
 Manage the flow of guests in accordance to seating plan
 Arrange the Reception line up of the bridal party for the entrance and
announcement (if specified)
 Ensure security, numbering and recording of gifts
 Manage the flow and timing of the program, working closely with the
Host/Emcee.
 Assist in cueing for the toast, cake cutting, bouquet throw, garter throw
 Ensure service of food and beverage, working closely with the
reception staff
 Check on the signing of guest books, signature frame, scrap book, etc.
 Check on the distribution of souvenirs
 Monitor the number of guests
 Oversee the services of the suppliers.

4. Wrap-up
 Assist in the payment of balances to the remaining suppliers
 Handle the wrapping of left-over food, cake, unused bottles of wine and other
items as requested by the client.
 Collect all reception materials and paraphernalia and endorse them to the
authorized person of the couple.
 Surrender all remaining set-up, decorations and items used in the church and at
the reception to the couple or their authorized person
 Assist in packing up all gifts and endorse them to the couple or their authorized
person
 Surrender all receipts either to the couple or their authorized person

5. Post-wedding work (complimentary)


 Assist the couple in following up delivery of photo album, video and recopies
 Assist in coming up with a Thank You Card List
 Assist in post-wedding parties

MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT

THIS AGREEMENT is made this ______ day of ______________, 2018 between Mr. Juan
Martin Cabrera and Ms. Laurice Gabrielle Marquez and Bells and Rings Creatice Events
Solution, collectively referred to as the Client and Events Coordinator, respectively.

The client wishes to be provided with the services by the Event Planner and the Event Planner
agrees to provide the service to the client on the terms and conditions of this agreement.

1. Services

The Event Planner shall provide the following services to the client in accordance with the terms
and conditions of this agreement: Event Organizers and Planners.

2. Fees

As consideration for the provision of the services by the planner, the fees for the provision of the
services are fees. The client shall pay for the Event Planner’s out-of-pocket expenses
comprising agreed.

3. Payment

The client agrees to pay the fees to the event planner on the following dates:
On this day of agreement clients shall pay the 1 st 50% and the other half after the event or up to
2 weeks after. The event planner shall invoice the client for the services that it has provided
after the event. The client shall pay such invoices upon receipt within 30 days of receipt from the
event planner. Any charges payable under this agreement are exclusive of any applicable taxes
and such shall be payable by the client to the event planner in addition to all other charges
payable hereunder.

4. Warranty

The event planner represents and warrants that it will perform the services with reasonable skill
and care.

5. Limitation of Liability

Subject to the Client’s obligation to pay the Fees to the Event Planner, either party’s liability
arising directly out of its obligation under this agreement and every applicable part of it shall be
limited in aggregate to the Fees. The Event Planner assumes no liability due to the quality of
items or services purchased for the Client.

6. Terms and Termination

This Agreement shall be effective on the day hereof and shall continue until the date of the
event unless terminated sooner. If the Client terminates this agreement for any reason more
than 10 days before the schedule event, the Client will forfeit the deposit paid to the Event
Planner and the Client shall reimburse the Event Planner for all outstanding out-of-pocket
expenses. If the Client terminates this agreement for any reason within 10 days of the
scheduled event, the full fee is payable to the Event Planner and the Client shall reimburse the
Event Planner for all outstanding out-of-pocket expenses.

7. Relationship of the Parties

The Parties acknowledge and agree that the Services performed by the Events Planner, its
employees, sub-contractors, or agents shall be as an independent contractor and that nothing in
this Agreement shall be deemed to constitute a partnership, joint venture, or otherwise between
the parties.

8. Confidentially

Neither Party will disclose any information of the other which comes into its possession under or
in relationship to this agreement and which is of confidential nature.

9. Miscellaneous

The failure of either party to enforce its rights under this agreement of any time for any period
shall be construed as a waiver of such rights. If any part, term or provision of this Agreement is
held to illegal or unenforceable neither the validity nor enforceability of the remainder of this
Agreement shall be affected. This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the
Parties relating to the event and supersedes all prior representations, negotiation or
understandings with respect to the events.

Neither Party shall be liable for failure to perform any obligation under this agreement if the
failure is caused by any circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited
to acts of God, war, or industrial dispute.

This agreement shall be governed by the loss of the jurisdiction in which the client is located.
