AFFIDAVIT OF SUPPORT
I, ROSAL L. RAMONIDA, Filipino, of legal age, widow and presently residing
at Lot 23 Lock 22, Carmela Valley Homes, Talisay City, Negros Occidental,
Philippines, having been duly sworn in accordance with law, hereby depose and
state:

1. That I am presently working at the University of St. La Salle-Integrated

School as Grade School Teacher;
2. That I am the owner of two (2) Parcels of Land situated in the City of
Talisay and Taongon Cabatuan, Dimiao, Bohol, a copy of the Transfer
Certificate of Title of the said lots are herein attached and made an integral
part of this document;
3. That I have a deposit account at Metrobank, Bacolod Capitol Branch. A
copy of the Certificate of Deposit Balance and Deposit Account Bank
Statements are herein attached and made as an integral part of this
document;
4. That my niece, ELLA MAE L. GEVERO, a resident of Pongol, Libona,
Bukidnon; who holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from the
University of San Jose-Recoletos, Cebu, would like to study at Nor Quest
College, Edmonton, Alberta, Canada;
5. That as her aunt, I hereby accept and assume any and all responsibility for
her welfare, including all financial expenses related to her travel and stay in
Canada;
6. That I have sufficient income/assets to responsibly cover my niece’s
expenses during the entire trip and stay in Canada, including return flights
to the Philippines, as well as any and all other unforeseen expenses which
my niece may incur during her entire stay in Canada;
7. I guarantee that she will abide by all laws and regulations of the Canadian
Government;
8. This affidavit is for the purpose of attesting to the truth of the foregoing
facts, in support of my niece’s application for Canadian Visa.
