EXTRAJUDICIAL SETTLEMENT OF ESTATE WITH

WAIVER OF SHARE

We, ANITA R. ANTAJO, of legal age, married, Filipino, a resident of

Bacolod City; NOEMI R. AGTOTO, of legal age, married, Filipino, a resident
of Victorias City; MAY R. SANTE of legal age, married, Filipino, a resident of
Talisay City; and ROSEMARIE M. ABLAO, of legal age, married, Filipino, a
resident of Bago City, Negros Occidental,

WITNESSETH:

That we are the legitimate children and sole heirs of the deceased
Melanio S. Reyes, who died on November 8, 1986 at Corazon Locsin
Montelibano Regional Hospital, Bacolod City, copy of his death certificate is
hereto attached as Annex “A” and made an integral part of this document;

That said deceased died intestate, without WILL or Testament and

without any outstanding debts in favor of any person or entity;

That the deceased left a parcel of land with an area of Four Hundred
Two (402) Square Meters at Southbend, Talacagay, Municipality of
Hinobaan, covered by TCT No. T-68848 (a copy of the original Certificate of
Title is herein attached);

That pursuant to Sec, 1, Rule 74 of the Revised Rules of Court of the

Philippines, and the parties herein being all of age, they have agreed to
divide as they do hereby divide and adjudicate, the real properties above-
described, equally between them;

That they hereby affirm that they have executed the foregoing
instrument out of their own voluntary free will without force, intimidation or
violence upon their person, that they have hereby received their just share
and proper share and have no claim or demand against each other;

That we, ANITA R. ANTAJO, NOEMI R. AGTOTO, MAY R. SANTE and

ROSEMARIE M. ABLAO, do hereby waive our rights, interests, and
participation in the above-described real property in favor of ANITA R.
ANTAJO.
 IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have hereunto set their hands
