Tkprof is very useful for diagnosing performance issues. Oracle Payables
It essentially formats a trace file into a more readable format for performance analysis.

Please follow the steps below in order to obtain the trace files and tkprof:

Set this at the user level with the following string:

3. Reproduce the issue.
