With reference to your application and subsequent interviews we are pleased to appoint you as Medical
Information Officer w.e.f. 01-02-2010 on the following terms and conditions as agreed upon and
accepted by you.
1. Salary
1. You will be on probationary period of six months from the date of appointment and during this
period your service may be terminated without any notice. On completion of probation one
month’s notice or one month’s salary in lieu thereof will be required on either side for leaving the
job. During probation you will not be entitled for any leave.
2. You may be terminated and dismissed without any notice or compensation in the event of
disobedience, insubordination, misconduct, dishonesty and negligence.
3. You will put undivided attention to your assignment with this company and you will at no time
engage yourself in part time service or business directly or indirectly.
4. You are being posted at Karachi but you be transferred in any part of the country.
7. Leave Entitlement
You will be entitled leave according to the following rules.
8. Please note that casual leave cannot be taken for more than three days at one time. Medical
leave for more than 2 days will have to be supported with a medical certificate. Earned leave will
be entitled only after completion of one year’s service.
10. Income tax will be deducted according to Govt. Income Tax rules.
If the above terms and conditions are acceptable to you please sign the duplicate copy of this letter as
token of your acceptance.
