Subject: Nespresso Inissia (Model No. 2279)

Dear Sir or Madam,


I am writing with regard to a coffee machine which I purchased from the Official Nespresso Store in Elche
on 20 April, 2015. When I tried to use it for the first time, I found that the water heater was faulty, and
therefore, the machine cannot make proper coffee. I tried switching it off and on again, but I obtained
the same result.

When I tried to return the coffee machine to the store, the cashier said that they were unable to replace
it or offer me a refund. However, they advised me that it could be sent away for repair. As I need a coffee
machine on a daily basis, and it was not clear how long a repair would take, I find this option
unsatisfactory.

Since the coffee machine clearly does not function as it should, and therefore, it does not comply with
the legal standards of product quality, I would like to request a full refund of the €99.90 I paid for it in the
store.
