When I tried to return the coffee machine to the store, the cashier said that they were unable to replace
it or offer me a refund. However, they advised me that it could be sent away for repair. As I need a coffee
machine on a daily basis, and it was not clear how long a repair would take, I find this option
unsatisfactory.
Since the coffee machine clearly does not function as it should, and therefore, it does not comply with
the legal standards of product quality, I would like to request a full refund of the €99.90 I paid for it in the
store.
