Update calendar

1. Login
2. Your Accommodation tab
3. Choose each listing on accommodation tab
4. Choose calendar tab
5. Choose date: From –Through -> Nighty ( if any changes about price) -> weekend or weeday
price -> Choose OPEN or CLOSE -> Send

BOOKING INSTANLY (NOW WE SET UP THIS)

Guest will check out availability on Luxstay web

1. Guest send booking


2. Guest make full payment
3. Reservation is automatic be successful booking
4. Luxstay will send us confirmation successful booking via email

@Jen & Katy can login in, in case I can not follow the booking for example

2. After receive email confirm, only admin can access to reply and chat with guest
The other email only receive the notification about booking.

BOOKING REQUEST (IN CASE WE SET UP THIS)

Guest will send us request to book


1. Luxstay will call us to check room availability
2. If yes, luxstay will confirm to guest
3. Then we will accept this booking on luxstay
4. Then guest will make full payment
5. Then Luxstay will send us email to confirm a successful booking from guest

PAYMENT

1. For booking confirm successful:


Luxstay will make FULL payment for us for each booking after – 3% commission in 24 hours
of the check in day. (excluding T&, CN and Holiday)
On T7, CN, Holiday: Payment will be made in 24 hours for the work day after.
2. Bank transfer fee: Luxstay will pay

CANCEL BOOKING

1. Set up moderate:
Only guest make cancel:
Before 5 days check in: Luxstay will refund 100% of total booking for guest
After 5 days check in: Luxstay will refund 50% of total booking for guest
After check in day: Non refundable

If we make cancel booking by ourselves, we will be penalty by Luxstay:

Before check in:

15 days: 100K

8-15 days: 300K

1-7 days: 1,000,000K

In check in day: 3,000,000K
