I. Who I am
1. The trait that I want from my Brother Izhar is his hardworking as
an individual.

a. I don't think that I really possess that kind of traits because

sometimes I am really lazy and all I want is to be happy all the
time even though I have something important to accomplish.

b. I think yes, because if you are a hardworking student you can

achieve everything even though you are not that too intelligent but
if you are a hardworking you can do it.

2. The biggest flaws I have is that I don't really like speaking in

English.

a. Of course because being a good flight attendant is you should

speak fluently to the passenger when you are talking to them and
they should understand what I am saying.

b. I can do it by undergoing training, speaking in the class all the

time in English, reading books in this way I can be a good flight
attendant.

A.The key problem is that NAIA is labelled as the Top 1 worst
airports in Asia and in the whole world.
B. The root causes are the following: Comfort: crowded terminals
or uncomfortable/limited seating Conveniences: terminal closes at
night, no 24-hour food options or nothing to do on a layover.
Cleanliness: dirty floors, bathrooms or food courts. Customer
Service: unfriendly staff or anti-airport sleeper policies.
C. Yes beacuse recently they are eliminated from the worst
airports in the world, so it means that it is good to post something
about the airport terminal to know what they need to improve or to
solve that's why the renovate the facilities and etc.

A. The key problem is NAIA TERMINAL labelled the most worst
airports in the world again.
B."Ilan lamang sa mga itinuturong dahllan ang siksikan sa loob ng
paliparan, walang 24-oras na makakainan, maruriming sahig ng
mga banyo, food court, pangungurakot, at hindi maaayos na
tauhan." As stated in the news these are the root cause of the key
problem.
C. Yes, because right now they renovated their facilities and
everything is clean, and etc. that's why they are eliminated in the
worst airports in the world.

5. A. The responsibility of the customers or passengers to report
everything that they experiencing and what they saw in the
airports.
B. The responsibility of the personnel is to report to their
Management what are the problems in their facilities so that the
Management know what to do.
C. The responsibility of the Management is to act to the problem
or make solution for it before it becomes a big problem to them
D. The responsibility of the person who posted something about
in social media is to inform the nietizens truthfully without any lie
in the information that they posting.
E. The responsibility of the person in narrating news is also they
should give the true and full information about the problem and to
explaining the side of the Company and their action or plan based
on the information that they get from it.

III CSR IN VOLLEYBALL

2. Campus Sustainability
The ateneo de manila university recognizes that all human activity
occurs within complex ecological systems with finite resources,
which in turn requires us to use resources conservatively and to
manage waste, keeping in mind the long term costs and effects of
decisions that are being made today.

A. The overall objective is to have good health, wise management

of the university's resources, and protection and restoration of
campus ecology.
B. The affected of this initiative are the student of Ateneo De
Manila University.
C. Yes it has in a pdf. 3. It has no news article but based on my
experienced there I think the initiative ojective is been achieved
because while walking you can feel freshness of the air and
everything is clean you cannot see trashes on the road and
everything is at the right place.
5. No, I think it is just a secondary of existence of the school.
What I think is the existence of the school is to teach students or
to educate them because that is what all schools why they are
builded.

A. As I observed as the date come nearer sometimes it increases
and sometimes it decreases, and when it also converted it into
dollars it still remain the same even it decreases in peso so it
means the value of dollar is increases, and in Cebu pacific it is the
same; there is no changes in fare.
B. For the first observation it drives to trend because for them to
attract customer to book immediately before it rise again. For the
second observation because it means that it is good if we use the
peso here in Philippines rather than USD. For the third the reason
is maybe there are still a lot of slot that's why there is no changes
at all.

C. No, because the first reason is they are different from each
other, second they give different service, third the airplane used,
fourth if there is a stopover or nothing because if there is no stop
over or direct flight the more it is expensive, and lastly if the airline
is a big company or well known.

D. I think that influences the decisions made by airlines as to how

their fares are priced it is because of the demand and the slot that
they still have, and also the willingness of the consumer to book
the flight or if the consumer can afford the fare based on their
salary.

E. Yes, because in a short time you can be in the place that you
wanted to be with less hassle, as I experienced in airplane they
also give a nice service to you and also they have freebies that's
why I think they give a fairly priced.

A. Yes, sometimes because my parents are estimating the
expense for them to be prepared on how much they will pay if we
have a family bonding.
B. At somes positive net budget and sometimes a negative
budgets, because you don't when will you become sick and you
don't know how much is your medical, and also the season are all
souls day, christmas and new year that's why you spend more on
gifts and on foods, and also for gas when going out and going in
the province, so you have a lot of expense for the 3 months

C. Electricity because we are often going in the mall that why the
consume of electricity is lower. Water because every day we don't
consume water as the same as yesterday. Emergencies because
you don't know when will you use your emergency money.

D. Yes, because we consumed electricity and water differently

each day.

3. Both, because sometimes we have high expense like the tuition

and miscellaneous fee and other expenses like for projects, so we
need to spend our money wisely.

4.Yes, its our way of monitoring spending habits and cut

expenses.

5. Yes, I can positively influence and help to reduce electricity and

water consumption, and also I will use my own savings if there is
payment in school for me to help my parents.
III. NEW BRAND

1. FUJIFILM X-T20

2.A. It is an improvement from the previous brand s' product from

Fujifilm X series (X-T10).

B. The reason why it is introduced is just because to improve the

old product of it, to improve or add new features that has not
included in it’s before style and to give the wants of the consumer
that they looking for in a camera.

C. Based on what I read in some articles the disadvantage or the

weakness of this camera are:

·Lacks of weatherproofing
·No in-body image stabilization
·No dedicated focus select control Autofocus has improved, but
still isn't a strength
·Photography at this level is a pricey hobby

D. I think through the use of advertising of different blogger,

traveller or influencer will draw interest in its current customer
because as I watched a short clipped about the product and It
mekes me feel that I want to have that. Of course it's features and
it's stunning old fashioned design of camera and it's lightweight
that you can carry it anywhere. It's patronage will positively affect
because it's been 2 years of waiting for the new innovation of the
X-T10, so many customers are waiting for the X-T20 for the
reason why it's demand is high, and also it's 4k video that the X-
T10 doesn't have this is also will boost the willingness of the
customer to buy the product, and their brand wil be popularized.

1. My company that I will be part of will changes the standard of
living of the people by giving them the fast way to travel in the
place that they wanted to go in a safest way and a relaxing ride
and giving them an excellent service and lastly giving them a free
check-in baggage and free snacks and unlimited drink on
domestic flight which can lesser for their expenditure. Yes, in the
plane there will be movies because it is relaxing while traveling
and it is first airline in the Philippines that has this kind of service.

2. My company that I will be part of will affect its suppliers if it is a

pick season, the airline will use a lot of plane to be use for the
passenger or customers in travelling. The opportunity to the
supplier will get a high chance to use all the plane to have a lot of
sales because the demand is high.

3. My company that I will be part of will have impact to our

investors is that if we are well known airline because of our
excellent service, many investors will come to invest in my
company. I don't see benefits that I can give but I will ensure my
truthfulness for them, to give all true information about the
company.

4. My company that I will be part of will have an affect to the

member of the family to have a free flight in place that they
wanted to go especially to my parents. Maybe like helping them to
have a less expense while travelling the world.

5.My company that I will be part of will affect the government by

giving them taxes that will help them to sustain the needs of the
other people by making program like in health, education and etc.
Yes like what I said it will helps to fund for the budget to build
schools if we don't have enough schools, and also for those
scholars that the government is the one who are paying for their
tuition.

6. My company that I will be part of will have an impact to the

community or as whole because of the air and noise pollution that
will have negatively impact the health of those community living
near in the airports. Yes, like in noise pollution it can cause
hypertension, hearing loss, sleep disturbance and for air pollution
caused by aviation can lead to headache, nausea and etc.
