LEAD TRACK (GEN 16.20)


This is part of the LDM characteristics/ behavious, therefore cover it regarding to the needs of self awareness to leaders that we

These members have been seeing what we do and problems that we face in our entity, make them discover problems and come up with

we do it in AIESEC and not fluffy stuff.
Members This is another part of the LDM characteristics therefore after they know who they are, now help them to know what are their goals in
Goal Setting. New members and outside @ and also make them come up with plans on how they can achieve their goals within @ and ouside it, make sure that you
go through the inner and outer journey.
We are having this conference for mainly two reason, boost winter peak as well as creating people who will apply for the positions in
Next step Old members future considering our piprline, as well as boosting performance in the LCs, make sure that you make this session more of motivation for
them to take step to be in the next positions as well as make them be the pioners of the winter peak so as we achieve our goals.
We want to create a team that can make people empowered, considering people not taking opportunities as well as some not even
connected to their EBs, therefore show the EBs how they can empower others and how they can make sure that their members are

EB This lead session aims at making them discover what they planned and what they want to achieve on the end of their terms, considering
that they have alot of things to do in and out of AIESEC but also that they have goals to achieve, then make sure that they review their
My Legacy EB team goals and come up with ways to make sure that they achieve their goals so as to leave their legacies in the entity and LCs, more over
add on how they can manage their Activities in AIESEC and daily life so as it can be easy for them to work and achive within AIESEC as
well.
This session aims at creating the culture that we want to have in the entity, group members into small number and make them discuss
the behavious and characteristics that they want as AIESEC moldova we should have, but also come up with activities that will make
ALL We are AIESEC in Moldova All Members them connected for closing as well as make them leave the legacy as one entity, this sesion should leave evryone with the mind of
working and bringing changes in our entity, the session should motivate members, create behavious thst represent our entity in and out
and atleast make them own everything that wthy will be doing.

Set expactations for the conference, make them own the conference, make them active as well as participatory make sure that they
understand why they are there and what they can get from it, as coach we know what we need to achieve in the process of coaching, if

goals, lastly make sure that you go through the feedback for the day and they feel in the feedback sessions tool for all sessions and day.

Do same thing as day one but now focus more on what did they achieve according to the expactations you made last day,
what are theur thoughts towards what they need to achieve, motivate them more for the last day and make they feel it on

make sure you take feedback for the day as they will fill again the sheets and send them to us under your lead.
