Scoping, leading and following up HAZID, HAZOP and constructability reviews.
Review of design documents and plans – across all disciplines – to ensure HSE
compliance and to identify specific hazards.
Preparation of Hazardous Area Schedules and layouts.
Fire and gas detection equipment – philosophy, layout and specification.
Loss prevention equipment – specification, layout and modelling.
Focus team on achievement of milestones and other key project objectives.
Review contractor’s health, safety and environmental plans and performance to
ensure requirements are met.
Develop and maintain systems for the recording and follow-up of lessons learned
from incidents, risk assessments or similar.
Risk Assessments (generic and specific) for all tasks being conducted, properly filed
and regularly reviewed.
Fire and gas detection layout.
Fire and safety equipment location plans.
Fire water system layout.
Fire and gas cause & effect matrix.
Fire water calculations and report.
Preparation and management of, both Qualitative and Quantitative Risk Assessments,
including application of dispersion, fire and / or explosion models, Safety Cases, FMECA
techniques, risk ranking, EERA, ESSA, TRIA, SGIA
