DDB Tops 2010 Eurobest Festival

DDB Wins Network of the Year, Interactive Agency of the Year


And Two Grand Prix at Europe’s Premier Show

New York, NY, December 10, 2010 -- DDB Worldwide was named Network of the
Year and DDB Stockholm Interactive Agency of the Year at the 2010 Eurobest Festival
in Hamburg this week. This marks the second consecutive year DDB has taken home
the Eurobest Network of the Year title.

Overall, DDB took home 35 awards, including the Grand Prix in Outdoor for
Volkswagen “Fun Theory” and the Grand Prix in Print for the Volkswagen Independent
Cinema sponsorship. The awarded work covered 11 out of 14 available categories
ranging from integration and PR to design and direct, promotion/activation, interactive,
media, outdoor, print and film craft. Winning DDB offices spanned six countries
including Sweden, UK, Germany, France, Hungary and Italy. DDB Stockholm was the
network's most awarded agency.

In addition to the Volkswagen “Fun Theory,” DDB Stockholm also was recognized for
work such as McDonalds' "Catch the Goodies," Telia's "In Your Hands" and the
"Soldier/Sailor" campaign for the Swedish Armed Forces.

Niclas Melin, CEO of DDB Stockholm, said, "I am extremely proud of the talented

Commenting on the Grand Prix in Outdoor for the “Fun Theory,” DDB Stockholm
Executive Creative Director Andreas Dahlqvist, noted, “It is great to see the ‘Fun
Theory’ win the Grand Prix in this category. Our idea with the ‘Fun Theory’ was to use
different media channels to communicate with people and get them involved. The
success of this campaign can be attributed to everyone in the world who liked the idea
and joined in."

Other winning DDB campaigns include Philips "Parallel Lines - The Gift", Henkel
"Beast" and Hasbro "Monopoly City Streets."
