Highlight: To overcome stalemate situation resulting to 20% LD, worked out methodology with a
deviation on Contract Conditions, to support End User for dispatch of coal uninterruptedly while
construction of new facility continued. Convinced End User for approval on deviation of Contract Terms
by effective contract management through negotiation on mutual benefit.

 Brownfield EPC Project of Coal Handling Plant worth INR 309 Cr : In-pit Coal Conveying System was
installed at Gevra Mines (near Korba, Chhattisgarh) of South Eastern Coalfields Limited, to reduce on-
road Coal Transportation inside mines, thereby enhancing Productivity.
Highlight: By effective Scope Management & Engineering Coordination, able to avoid cost overrun to
the tune of 5%
Also, prepared work plan for modification of existing conveying system with minimum down time, to
minimize production loss of End User
