Hello! My name is Zaina! I am a 22-year-

old pre-service teacher in my senior year at WMU
with a focus in Drawing. I am from Portage, MI and
I have an Associate of Arts magna cum laude (with
honors) at KVCC. My studio skills include
drawing, painting with all mediums, 2-D animation,
woodworking, sculpture, sewing, digital
photography, photoshop, ceramics, pottery, jewelry
and metals, glass melting/molding, black and white
photography, fabric design, copperplate etching,
and linoleum printmaking. I have been a member of
the National and Michigan Art Association since
2018.

Hello, my name is Kylie. I am a pre-service

teacher with a studio concentration in ceramics.
Prior to teaching SMArt, I have instructed art
classes for a summer camp and after-school
program in Kalamazoo, and I also have experience
teaching violin lessons. My studio skills include
drawing, painting, and ceramics. My digital skills
include Adobe Photoshop and digital photography.
I am a member of the National and Michigan Art Education
Associations.
