DEDICATION

The price of success is hard work, dedication to the

job at hand, and the determination that we have applied the

best of our selves to the task at hand. -unknown

Nothing beats experience as the perfect learning tool.

This Narrative report is dedicating to all the people who

helped me in accomplishing my On-the-job Training and with all

gratefulness.

To my parents who have been a great source of inspiration

and support. For their trust, love and care.

To my friends, classmates for being with me in thick and

thin situation in my work immersion.

Lastly to our Almighty God, for the guidance, strength,

and power, for giving me a healthy life. All of these, I offer

to you.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

This success of mine couldn’t be turn into reality with

deepest gratitude and appreciation, I humbly give thanks to

the people who, with all they can, helped me in making my On-

the -Job Training a possible one.

To my parents, for their unending love and support, for

providing all my needs financially and morally, for their

patient and understanding during my tiring days that I can’t

help them in the chores, for their never fading advices and

for being there for me no matter what.

To my kuya’s and ate’s who serve as an inspiration to me,

who keep on encouraging me to always make the best out of

everything and for their being proud and ever supporting

siblings to me.

To the institution where I am studying, Father Saturnino

Urios College of Bayugan Inc. where I am continuously growing

as a senior high student (ABM) and to Mrs. Chereil C. Martel

our school principal and family for giving us, student, the

opportunity to be educated without expending too much.

To the Admin’s office, for their warm welcome to me. To

my training teachers Ma’am Ginalyn S. Sanchez, Ma’am Tampus

and Ma’am Nariza. I am very grateful for having them as part

of my On-the-Job Training. For everything that they taught me

during my stay with them and most of all, for the memories

we’ve shared, the happy moments. I thank them all.

To my friends and co-trainees, for the happiness and for

being there to support me and to comfort me whenever I have

difficulties during my training. I thank them for the

friendship and teamwork and for being companions whom I can

share my laughter and sorrows with.

Above all, to our Almighty God, for His unconditional

love and all the blessing He is showering upon me each day of

my life. With love and gratitude, I thank Him for guiding me

during my training days and making my On-the-Job Training a

possible one. For the provision and wisdom, He has bestowed

upon me, for keeping me and my love ones always safe, for

giving me enough knowledge and ability to perform each task

that was assigned to me and for the challenges He has given me

that made me stronger than ever. I thank Him for His comfort

during the times that I am about to give up. By His grace, I

was able to finish this training without any conflict. And I

thank him for His word that keeps on reminding me that “I can

do all things through Christ which strengthened me” -(Phil.

4:13)

INTRODUCTION

On-The-Job Training (OJT) is a hands-on training in an

actual working situation. It is part of the College Curriculum

that aims to train and orient students about work and their

future career. And now it is part of Senior High students to

have a On the Job Training (OJT), so that the students have

the opportunities to experience the real life work they want

in the future.

On-The-Job Training (OJT) it is a big help to us

students to enhance our skills and knowledge, we’ve learned

from school. Not only to enhance the skills and knowledge, but

also to gain and improve the skills and knowledge that we

have. On-The-Job Training (OJT) is very important they give

chance to the students to experience the real life they want

in the future.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Cashiers - scan items, ensure that prices are quantities are

correct, and collect payments. They also assist customers by

explaining or recommending items, answering questions, and

processing exchanges or refunds.

Clerk – a person who works in an office, dealing with records

or performing general office duties.

Financial Officers - are in charge of overseeing the financial

transactions of a company. Also known as Chief Financial

Officers, these professionals are tasked with developing

budgets, monitoring transactions, and preparing financial

reports. They possess strong accounting and analytical skills.

MESSAGE OF THE ESTABLISHMENT
I would like to extend my gratitude to the school Admin’s

office for their tireless efforts in teaching and sharing

their knowledge into the On-the-Job Trainees. Especially to

the teachers who serve us to be mam in the training that

guides us to manage well the duties and responsibilities we

are about to take up in the near future. Those we have learned

will help us a lot in the track we have chosen.

MESSAGE TO THE SCHOOL ADMINISTRATION

I would like to extend my gratitude to the School

Administration of Father Saturnino Urios College of Bayugan

Inc. for guiding us and share the knowledge to the students

who undergo a work immersion to be successful. God used them

as instruments to all students in guiding us to this course.

And sharing your knowledge and to enhance the said discipline

through On the Job training (OJT). Thank you for letting your

students to experience this, it helps us so much.

SUMMARY OF THE WORK
During the orientation we are divided into group. My

teacher divided that I will be assigned in the school Admin’s

office as my workplace. Inside the office we are instructed to

do tasked and different works mush as printing, encoding, and

other service that we need to do.

On my training experienced I realized that the most

important in doing job is to be responsible and hard working

all the time. In general, our work immersion was incredibly

fun and nice because of funny jokes, kind and responsible

person around the environment.

Generally, I learned a lot of new things during my OJT in

my workplace.

RECOMMENDATION
I can really say that the school admin’s office is a good

place to conduct work immersion because they well not just

enhance your skill and ability. They will also widen your

thinking skills or intellectual senses so that you can be

well-trained in dealing with task.

To the new student who will undertake to a work immersion

to apply at School Admin’s Office because they will facilitate

and trained you to improve your skills to be prepared enough

facing to another stages and challenges in your life. Whenever

you are facing difficulties in the work, they will assist you

to improve it, then for sure you can handle it will no

worries.

SUMMARY OF THE ACCUMULATED HOURS
As we are required to complete the 80 hours of our

workplace training, we were instructed to start 8:00 am in the

morning and end at 5:00 pm in the afternoon for the whole

training period of 10 days.

Generally, we have a lot of experience that we have save

from my whole heart and mind to be prepared for the next page.
