Application information
Innovation surface coating technology – THERMO CERAMIC COATING (TCC) was applied to internal Surface of CGCF area. The
total area of CGCF is 800 sq.ft .The customer goal was to improve energy efficiency of the CGCF.

TCC Benefits:
The customer realized an improvement of 8-12% in Energy Efficiency with utilization of TCC technology across their product line.
This results in direct saving in their electricity usage by up to 10%.
The overall coating improves the life of CGCF, the TCC got intact up to 6 years (below picture for reference).

Conveyor Powder Coating Oven

Innovation surface coating technology – THERMO CERAMIC COATING (TCC) was applied to internal Surface of conveyor powder
coating oven area. The total area of conveyor powder coating oven is 1000 sq.ft .The customer goal was to increase overall
production with minimum heat loss.

TCC Benefits:
An overall improvement in Heating Efficiency with quality improvements alongwith Increase in Production without deteriorating
Surface finish of jobs was the ultimate aim and objective of the Project. These were achieved by application of 150-200 micron
thickness of Thermo Ceramic Coating 400 deg.c. Our Esteemed customer realized an improvement of 23% in Energy
Conservation.
