Download and install the YHC – V4 from MIS VC Tools tab.

Download the YHC – V4:

Log in your MIS and click VC Tools tab.

YHC - V4 Troubleshooting: Materials
If you encounter these issues…
• slow uploading of material
• the pre-loaded material doesn't
automatically appear
• difficulty in adding/changing materials
– VC4 icons cannot be clicked

Do these troubleshooting techniques…

• Check internet your connection, switch
network channels, convert the file to
PDF
• Refresh the VC, download the material
from the MIS and manually upload the
material to VC4
• clear cache/cookies, re-log in, refresh
the VC

device but also select your device.
During Class…
• In case a technical problem occurs during
