Sub- Request to forego certificate from the sponsoring institution regarding internship application.

Ma’am/Sir,
I hereby request you to please consider my request for the acceptance of the internship application
without the certificate from the sponsoring institution. I am unable to furnish it because the university
has advised all the students to not to return to the university before 22 nd April, 2020 due to the outbreak
of the COVID-19. Supporting document is also attached herewith. I would furnish the required
document as soon as it would be available to me.

Moreover, I, hereby declare that all the information furnished in the internship application including the
date of birth and educational qualification are true, complete, and correct to the best of my knowledge.
