Recruitment & Onboarding

 Develop and implement overall recruitment strategy.


 Sourcing and conducting Telephonic & Face to Face Interview from Executive to Managerial
Level through different portals and by using databases, social media etc.
 Screening of candidates, conduct interviews using reliable recruitment tools/methods to filter
candidates and find the right fit for the opening.
 Follow ups with line managers, regarding feedback and updating the same to candidates.
 Package negotiation if necessary.
 Follow up with candidates for their documents.

Employee Relations

 Act as a first point of contact for employees.


 Analysing trends and metrics with the HR department.
 Resolving complex employee relations issues and address grievances
 Effectively and proactively manage employee relations with Business Unit Lead to optimize the
best outcome for both the employee and organizational strategy.
 Identifying potential problems early on to mitigate negative outcomes. Make recommendations
that align with business culture, business needs and ultimately within compliance guidelines.
 Conducting fun activities on floor.
 Developing fair HR policies and ensuring enable value as per the policy through
employee experiences and employee relations.
 Hands on experience in driving Performance Management.
Payroll

 Responsible for handling the payroll activities for 200+ employees. Statutory Returns- PF, ESIC,
Gratuity, PT. Filing of IT returns and providing Tax certificate (Form 16) to employees. Leave
Attendance Management.

HR Operations

 Monitoring & updating internal HR systems & databases.


 Address employees' queries (e.g. compensation and labour regulations).
 Provide Strategic HR activities, working on Competency mapping.
 Providing support with the reports to the Head HRBP on implementing strategic and tactical
HR programs relevant to the business objectives.
