By far the most anticipated movie
of the year, Harry Potter and the Deathly
Hallows was one of the best movies of
the year. This movie without a doubt
will bring in the Harry Potter fans by the
thousands. This 7th book of the series had
a good combination of action and
romance making it a perfect movie for
girls and guys alike.
Right away the movie starts off
with an epic battle between good and
evil. It starts with the Death Eaters
attacking Harry Potter and his friends, as
they are all disguised as him so that the
Death Eaters won’t be able to find the
real Harry Potter. The plot of the movie
was about the main characters, Ron
Weasley, Hermione Granger, and Harry
Potter as they are always on the run
four pieces of horcruxes that contain the
soul of Lord Voldemort.
Even though I enjoyed the movie
very much, I felt that it wasn’t the best
one out of the series. At times the movie
was very confusing and I felt like it was
a movie that you need to read the book to
understand and follow. I have seen all of
the other movies; however I haven’t read
the books, so half of the time that I was
watching the movie I was lost and
wondering to myself what the heck is
going on. They kept mentioning names
that I had no idea who they were or what
their importance was.
The Deathly Hallows was far
from being the same as the other Harry
Potter movies that have come before it.
The reason for this is because it is the
first movie out of the series to not even
make an appearance at Hogwarts, which
I didn’t like at all, because there was less One thing that I hated about this
magic going on and no new magic being movie was the fact that past main
learned. Also the first time that the characters barely got a role

around to protect young harry potter.
Another major difference between the
Deathly Hallows and the other Harry
Potter movies is that the Deathly
Hallows had a lot more romance in it.
There was a love triangle going on
between the three main characters and a
little bit of envy and jealousy between
two best friends, Harry Potter and Ron
Weasley.
This movie was stolen by one
character and one character only. That
person would by Dobby the house elf. in
He didn’t have a major role in the movie the new movie, if they even got a role at
but the little bit that he did have, he all. For example you only see Severus
definitely was the best acted and also Snape, who betrayed Dumbledore for
added a little bit of humor that the movie about five minutes, if that. As well as
was so much lacking. Not only does he Draco Malfoy, who besides Lord
bring humor to the table, but he also Voldemort, is Harry’s arch enemy. We
brought tears to the eyes of many who see him for just a little more than Snape.
watched the movie, which I’ll tell you I All in all I think the movie was
didn’t like one bit. Harry Potter should great with some fantastic acting;
not be a sad movie at all. however I feel that the whole movie was
just one big tease for part two of the
finale that comes out in July in 3D!
