OBSERVATION:
Loss of lumbar lordosis is noted.
The vertebrae is normal
 The posterior elements are normal.
The alignment is normal.
Visualized intervertebral disc spaces are normal.
Para vertebral soft tissues are normal.
Both sacro iliac joints are normal. 
No abnormal radio opaque shadow is seen.

IMPRESSION:

 No significant abnormality seen.
