Emulsifier excat quantity addition via Mass Flow Meter isn't effective & hence quality suffers.
Presently no weighing systems e.g Load cell provided in Emulsifier/Stabilizer Batch Tanks & Formulation Vessels.

Proposed Facalities:-
Load Cell Installation in 04 Nos. 1 Kl Batch Tank for excat quantity addition of Emulsifier & Stabilizer into vessels.
Automation & PLC Updations for Emulsifier handling system.

Excat quantity addition of emulsifiers & stabilizers in formulation vessles after Load Cell Installation in Batch Tank.
