Promoter’s Spiel

• Promoter- “Good Evening Sir/ Ma’am, I am a representative from Cadbury Silk”

• “How are you?” (Let the customer respond)

• “Cadbury Dairy Milk Silk is running their on-ground campaign this Valentine’s
Day “Say It With Silk”. A lot of interactive games and surprises are planned for
you to have some fun. If you participate and win the games, the Silk Heart Pop
Bar will be provided to you as a gift from our side. So please come and
experience “Say It With Silk” Zone

• Registration and Games zone- I would like your basic details for records before
you participate in our exciting game.

• Photo op – We also have a photo op wherein you click exciting pictures in front
of this backdrop

• To get the Silk Bar, please upload this picture on your social media handle
with #PopYourHeartOut #SayItWithSilk and tag @cadburydairymilksilk

Promoter Do’s and Don'ts

• Silk Heart Pop Out bar should be used as giveaways, only the game winners –
posting on their social media handle with brand hashtag will get the same

• Participant will get only 2 chances to complete the challenges – only if he/she
wish to

• Promoter should be proactive while the activity is going on

• Promoters should be well spoken and presentable

• Promoters need to be polite to every customer

• Promoters need to give time to time update to candid team person

• After every hour promoter needs to collect customer data and update the
supervisor

• Supervisor to upload that hourly report on the WhatsApp group
