Encoder feedback: OTAC-01

Interface for connecting a digital pulse encoder to an ACS550 drive
If accurate speed or position (angle) feedback from the motor shaft
is required
The OTAC-01 module does not supply power for the encoder
– An external power supply (as diagrammed below) is recommended

The parameter group 50 defines the setup for encoder

choppers as standard.
Other units can use the compact-sized brake units which
