1. INTRODUCTION

PT. Kentjana Sakti Indonesia acts as subcontrator of PT. XD Sakti Indonesia is given the task of
carrying the transportation single phase Transformers from factory of Cikarang West Java to the
location of the project in GITET 500 kV Batang Central Java.

The quantity and type of material transported are as follows :


• 6 piece Single Phase Transformers 167 MVA each 7,403 x 3,904 x 4,684 mtr / 167 ton

2. SCOPE OF WORK

Scope of work the project are :


• Land Transport of Transformers from XD Sakti Indonesia’s Factory at Cikarang West Java to
Inggome of Tanjung Priok
• Sea Transport of Transformers from Inggome of Tanjung Priok to The port of Batang, Central
Java
• Land Transport of Transformers from The port of Batang to the site location of GITET Batang,
Central Java
• Unloading of Transformers with Jacking method to the temporary foundation (temporary
laydown)
• Haulage of Transformers from temporary Foundation to their final position of the
foundation

3. DEFINITION OF PROJECT

Client : PT. XD Sakti Indonesia


Location : GITET 500 kV Batang Extension
Jalan Raya Desa Kenconorejo, Kecamatan Tulis, City of Batang, Central Java

4. THE ORGANIZATION STRUCTURE


• Project Manager
• Project Field Supervisor
• HSE Officer
• Transportation Coordinator
• Jacking Operator

5. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Project Manager :
• Control the delivery method and handling of the goods from factory to site
• Determine the resources necessary for the implementation of the work
• Responsible for commercial and operational matters
• Perform coordination and communication with the parties to the project manager of
the client
• Set Up the division of work the team and subcontractor

Project Field Supervisor :


• Create and manage daily activity plan
• To Coordinate with representative of the client in the site project
• Supervision and ensure the operational implementation of the work plan
• Control the work progress the field
• Make a report of implemeting the work
• Checked to all activity subcontractors

HSE Officer :
• Create and anlyse the JSA made along the field Supervisor & project manager
• Conduct safet induction to all workers
• Control and organize a pre-star meeting/tool box meetings regulary guided by
supervisor
• Create and monitor the work environment is good and secure

• Ensure that all workers meet the safety requirements


• Ensure the implementation of HSE int the operational

Transport Coordinator :
• Do transport planning as well as the means of transport equipment to be used
• To coordinate with field supervisorf to schedule delivery
• To give information to the field supervisor and project manager on the progress delivery
• Do monitoring preparation and implementation of the delivery

Jacking Operator
• Do Planning work jacking to unload goods with jacking equipment
• Preparing and checking the equipment before it will be used
• Give direction to workes as well as jacking helper
• Ensure work order well done and follow safet procedure
• Work the Jacking’s equipment and do the job deacrese in goods
• Guide workes jacking and helper to know the work and risks

7. METHOD OF IMPLEMENTATION

• Loading the transformers at factory


- Before being sent, the transformer should have an impact recorder installed and
activated
- The Transportation of the XD Sakti Indonesia Transformer will use the dropdeck and
multiaxles units (Picture)
- The process of lifting The Transformer to dropdeck / multiaxles using a hoise crane
- Coordinating meeting are carried out before the transformers leave to the inggom Tj.

• Delivery to inggom Tj. Priok


- Transport route from factory to inggom Tj. Priok Shall be passing the XD Sakti
Indonesia’s Factory – Tegal gede/Jababeka 2 – Cibitung (Bus Station of mayasari) –
Rawa Panjang, Bekasi – Cakung (KBN) – Tj. Priok (Inggom)
- After the transformer arrives at the TJ. Priok’s port, it will be transferred to LCT using
the jacking method

• Sea Transportation from TJ. Priok to Batang


- Arrived at inggom, the transformers will be roll on to LCT (Landing Craft Tank/Ship)
- Coordination between the transportation coordinator with the shipping team

Sea Transportation Route

The general Commercial TPI’s Port Batang

• Delivery from The Port of Batang to GITET Batang


- Receive the hand over report from LCT before the transformer leaves to site batang
- Handling from LCT to Multiaxles unit transportation with Jacking Methode
- Land Transport trip from the Port of Batang to GITET Batang will be traveled within 2
nights with a maximum speed 20 km/hour

9. HSE MANAGEMENT

• Induction to HSE work should already be instituted for all involved in the Project before
handling work begin
• Working plan, HSE hazard, JSA Must be explained to all worker prior execution which
normally to be briefed during tool box meeting
• All involved in the work must carry protective tools themselves during the project
