Dear Tye,

As you know, I have notified you of the upcoming shooting of my film ‘Alisha’s Anniversary’ and I’ve
asked you to participate as Aidan – Main Actor! The absolute time of Day one of filming will be

TUESDAY 9th January 2010, 9 AM at Dungog High School, Meeting at the front office.

Due to the unforeseeable circumstances such as non-prime weather conditions, emergencies or

general problems, we may also be filming on WEDNESDAY 10th January 2010. Or even further if the
need arises. If there is a date change or extension I will call you, or if you need confirmation about
anything, you are free to call me on 0435 509 295 or 4992 1566.

It is absolutely vital that you show for the assigned date or dates. Since there is such a small cast,
every single person is required for the shooting to take place.

The costume for everybody is Dungog High School uniform.

White buttoned Shirt, and gray pants or skirt.

If at all you CANNOT come, Please contact me by phone before SUNDAY 26th December.

The filming will most likely be an all-day event and some people may not need to stay the entire
time, but please be prepared to stay all day if necessary. As you are the main actor, You will be at all
parts of filming and you will be able to take small mid-scene breaks, and you will have one large
break at mid day. Please stay within the Dungog area during the day and arrive to allocated locations
supplied on your Filming times program.

Please provide your details on the last page and give them back to me by Wednesday 15th December
so I can reach you.

Only around 30 minutes slots will be available per scene, So organisation is a huge factor in terms
of setting up and getting ready. Please be ready at each location at the specified times below

The Main Lunch Break is at 12:15 PM to 1 PM for 45 minutes.

Shooting times may change due to problems or timing errors during the day. If times change during
the day, You will be told during the shooting of your current/next scene or filming. If your next
filming is a substantially long time away, or is the one being affected, I will call you.

SCENE PERSONEL REQUIREMENTS

Not every person is required for the entire day.

Tahan Ellicott, Samantha Swilks, Bree Wright and Tye Green are required on set for the entire day.

The scenes highlighted blue require EXTRAS ACTORS.

Scenes are approximately set to be 30 minute sessions. For example, Scene 1 is set to start at 9
AM, So scene 5 is scheduled to begin around 9:30, although this may not always be the case.
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the scene is allocated to start.
