A. OUR SCOPE OF WORK
• Phase – I
1. Conduct GAP Analysis on Existing Systems and Facilities
2. Awareness Training on AS 9100 Rev D & NADCAP Requirements to the
core team and key functions
3. Identification of Customer specific QMS requirements and applicable
regulatory requirements
4. Review and Updating existing QMS Manual, Procedure in line with AS 9100
Rev D & NADCAP requirements
• Phase – II
1. Release Documents and Records and release new formats and records
2. Establishing AS 9100 Rev D specific Process like Configuration
Management, FOD Control, Prevention of counterfire parts etc
3. Establishing the controls of special Process (NADCAP processes) and Train
the team on process specific standards, personnel qualification,
equipment qualification etc
• Phase – III
1. Review of Implementation process and take necessary correction and
corrective action.
2. Conduct Internal Auditor Training Program
3. Conduct Internal audit and Job Audit
• Phase – IV

1. Take necessary correction, corrective action and preventive actions of non

conformances observed in internal audit
2. Assist the client to close the AS 9100 Rev D and NADCAP Audit NC’s or
Certification body issues till the completion of Accreditation process

• Making available all the documents, policies, procedures, reports, facilities,

personnel and other resources needed for the development work.
• Procurement of Application standards, specifications as per AS 9100 and
NADCAP and customer requirements
• Procurement and Installation of required equipment’s, instruments as per
NADCAP and customer requirements
• Carrying out the instructions given by us with regard to the system related
work.
• Adhering to the time schedules derived during the development work.
• Any other support that will be needed for the satisfactory completion of
work.
• The Management shall assign a responsible person for coordinating this work.
We will directly interact with this person and inform him about any corrective
actions needed. This is very essential for success of this work
• For chemical processes the tanks, controllers and equipments shall me
qualified, calibrated as per the defined procedure.

C. COMMERCIAL TERMS FOR NADCAP ACCREDITATION CONSULTATION
SERVICES
The total duration will be EIGHT Months for AS 9100 Rev D & NADCAP Accreditation
(Chemical processing)] consultation services. This project consists minimum 15 to 18
Man-days support. Total Professional charge for this assignment will be Rs. 4,00,000/-
out of this the following will be terms of payment:

Initial Payment with Work Order : Rs. 1,00,000/ -

Completion of AS 9100 Rev D Audit : Rs. 1,00,000/ -
Completion NADCAP Audit Schedule : Rs. 1,00,000/ -
Completion of NADCAP CP Audit : Rs. 1,00,000/ -
Total Consultation : Rs. 4,00,000 /-
Taxes : + 18 % GST

The above rate is consultation fees only. Client shall arrange air travelling and
accommodation facilities during the visit for consultation. Each visit consist of 2 to 3
days of stay.

Client shall arrange to pay the Invoice Amount with 5 days after receipt of the
Invoice. In case contract delayed beyond specific period attributes to your side,
contract shall be extended till completion based on the mutual acceptance.
