Refrigeration Equipment Replacement

The 16-1 freezer (16-113) Existing systems are 15 horsepower

New Loads show that the unit is oversized for current needs. (non blast freezer use)
See provided load calculations.

We Propose the following…..

1. Demo of two existing systems

2. Provide Qty. 2 New condensing units ( water cooled ) specl Bohn CTMSWN06 systems for redundancy with
compressor circuit breakers 115vac control, Microset with super hoses. Defrost kit, repl core suction and liquid
filter driers and water reg valve(s).
3. Provide New Evaporators Qty. 2 Bohn spcl CTMBME390
4. Install New Piping from condensing units to evaps complete
5. Our Insulation subcontractor is included
6. Install New Drain connections to existing stubs
7. Provide and Install New heat tape on drains
8. Provide and Install New insulation on drains
9. Utilize White pvc jacketing on all exposed insulation in food areas
10. Refrigerant, piping, hardware, Included
11. Provide control via one new Dual KE2 therm Evap efficiency panel with EEV valves, pressure transducers, temp
sensors
12. Provide Start up and commissioning

Refrigerants Statement
The system(s) provided will utilize the most current lowest GWP (global warming potential) refrigerant available today. Currently R-448/R/449.
Currently there is not any equipment available utilizing natural refrigerants for this application (IE Ammonia, Propane, or CO2).
