HEALTH STATUS: ALARM

Observations & Analysis

➢ The overall health condition of the equipment is in ALARM zone as per ISO 10816
standards.
➢ Spectrum analysis revels non-synchronous bearings fault frequencies were
observed at fan bearings.

Suggested Action Plans:

➢ Replace the fan bearings.

➢ Inspect the coupling condition for inaccuracies, Achieve the precision alignment
between Motor and Fan.
