Sub : Reply Notice for Notice Under Sec 13(2) of the Securitisation and Reconstruction
of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest (Second) Act, 2002.

My client hereby received your Demand Notice dated 27.02.2020 and reply for the same as follows:

My Client Mr.J.Baskaran, proprietor of M/s.B.Tech Engineering, No.83, Tiruvalluvar Salai,

Pillaithottam, Puducherry has state that he has availed Loan under IND SME Secure/OCC, vide OD
Secured No.498878192.
My client further state that he was running his aforesaid business in a well-reputed manner and your
Demand notice gave him a huge embarrassment. My client further state that he is your loyal customer
and being so he used to repay his loan due amount on prescribed date and manner. Due to the
personal issues my client have come across, he was unable to pay some of his loan due amount to your
bank.
My Client further state that he is ready to settle his Loan Due amount, and my client asking for your
grace to provide ____ days to settle the same with due interest, until then my client request you to hold
the Legal Action against himself and his property which was offered as security for the loan.
My client further request you that he will not be liable for the voluntarily initiated charges under
Publication Charges, Convenience charges for the Field Officers and other related charges since it an
unethically liable against my client and he further request you to hold the legal actions like Paper
Publication and others against my client, if it was published it will be an irreparable loss to My client
and his reputation.
Hence My client hereby request your to grace time to settle the aforesaid Loan due amount and to
hold the Legal Action against my Client and his properties which are offered as security for the same.
