I / We hereby obligate myself / ourselves to pay the amount shown above in accordance with the terms
specified and in default thereof the above architect / firm shall be entitled, besides the amount
mentioned, to an interest of 100 % per annum. I / We also agree to submit myself / ourselves to the
jurisdiction of the city / town / municipality incase of any litigation arising from this invoice. I / We
further obligate myself / ourselves to defray or reimburse to the above architect / firm expenses in the
form of Attorney's fee in an amount equivalent to 25% of the total amount but in no case shall it be less
than the amount stated above plus other court expenses and etc. I am enforcing the terms and
condition of the invoice.
