All ticket purchases are non-refundable except in the event
of a canceled performance.
Can’t use your tickets?
Donate your tickets for re-sale. Call our Box Office at least 48 hours
before the event to receive a tax-deductible donation receipt.
You may also exchange your tickets for a $10 per order service fee.
SFJAZZ Members at the Contributor level ($150) and above can
exchange their tickets free of charge!
Patrons Requiring Special Accommodation
If you require special assistance or wheelchair seating, please call
our Box Office prior to your performance to make arrangements.
Canceled Shows
Credit card purchases for canceled concerts will be refunded to the
card used. If you paid with cash or check, we will contact you to
arrange a refund or exchange. We can only refund the original
ticket purchaser and not tickets purchased through a third party
(e.g. Goldstar).
Lost Tickets
If you lose your tickets, please contact the box office in advance of
your concert and we will gladly reissue the tickets to the original
purchaser; an ID is required for pick-up.
Discount Policy
Discounts cannot be combined with any other offers and are
subject to availability. We cannot retroactively apply discounts
to prior purchases.
Visiting Presenters
SFJAZZ rents its facility from time to time to other presenters
in our community. When another presenter has a show in the
SFJAZZ Center, the organization’s ticket policies may differ
from those of SFJAZZ.
SFJAZZ Center is located at the corner of Franklin and Fell streets
in San Francisco’s Hayes Valley neighborhood. It is easily accessible
from Muni Metro (Van Ness or Civic Center stations) and
BART (Civic Center station).
Parking is available in The Performing Arts Garage, located at
Grove between Franklin & Gough. SFJAZZ Members may purchase
pre-paid parking by calling the Box Office at least two weeks prior
to your show.

• Late seating is at the discretion of venue management.
Latecomers may be asked to wait until an appropriate break
in the performance.
• Telephones, cameras and other electronic devices should be
silenced and out of sight during the performance. Use of
recording devices is prohibited without the express permission
of SFJAZZ.
• Acceptance and use of this ticket gives the patron’s consent to
any recording or photographs made by SFJAZZ or our
contractors.
