Math Foldable
Create a foldable with at least
3 vocabulary words you tend to
struggle with. On the outside
flaps write the term. On the
inside flaps, write the definition
of the term. Include how to
solve for term if applicable.

Research 3 different ways
functions can be applied in real
life, even functions you aren’t
familiar with yet. Create a
presentation either on Prezi or
Popplet or on a poster board
explaining your findings,
including what occupation may
use these functions and how
they use it and images!
Arrange a crossword using
the Crossword Puzzle site.
Use at least 10 terms
relating to
functions.
Be the
teacher
Design a class lesson/lecture
based on one topic that you
struggled with. The best
way to learn is to teach
others. It could be as simple
as a couple of examples, but
each step must be explained.
Illustrate a story
with a problem needing a
solution that could be related
to a function, such as an
airplane flying, or a
basketball shot. Be creative
and add background stories
or multiple characters. Then
solve the solution using
mathematical methods.
 Tic-Tac-Toe Choice Board
This activity is designed to help you get your creative juice flowing! Be open-minded as you began to
discover exciting ways to learn math. You are to choose three of the activities from the choice board.
They must form a tic-tac-toe pattern, horizontal, vertical, or diagonal. If by any reason you want to
choose activities that do not form such pattern, please come talk to me. You are more than welcome
to choose more than three, if time permits. Please follow the following rubric to guide you on these
activities.
