SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, RONALD O. PEVIDA, of legal age, Filipino, and with residence

at 2451 Karapatan St. Sta Cruz, Manila, has made, constituted and
appointed, and that by these presents, makes, constitutes and appoint
ALEJANDRO C. BALDEMOR whose identity is evidenced by his
Driver’s license with No. K03-94-024521 accompanying this SPECIAL
POWER OF ATTORNEY, to be my true and lawful attorney-in-fact for
me and in my name, place and stead, to do and perform the following
special powers, to wit:

1. To transact, claim and obtain with the Land Transportation

Office my Driver’s license in my behalf and upon such terms and
conditions and under such covenants which the said attorney-in-fact deem
fit, proper and convenient, and to sign, execute, deliver and receive all the
documents and other legal papers pertaining thereto.

2. HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING to said attorney-in-

fact, and/or his duly authorized representative, full power and authority to
do and perform each and every act and thing which may be necessary, or
convenient, in connection with any of the foregoing, as fully, to all intents
and purposes.

3. HEREBY RATIFYING AND CONFIRMING all that said

attorney-in-fact shall lawfully do and cause to be done under and by virtue
of the authority hereof.
