 Objective of Work (What is the purpose of the work and the planned outcome of
the work?)
 Scope of Work (What are the start point and end point of the work and what you
have to do to achieve the objective of the work?)
 Work preparation required

1. List of Tools and Equipment Required for Work Activity

 For example: Hand tools, air compressor, pneumatic tools, pneumatic
equipment, compressed air hoses etc.
 For cranes, specify size and tonnage.
 For pressurized or pressure operated tools and equipment, specify the working
pressure.
 Special PPE (BA sets)

2. Job Step Description

 List the key steps of the work activity in sequential order (How do you do the
work?).

3. Sketches & Drawings (if applicable)

 Sketches with references made in the previous sections.
