WARCRY SEASON 1 TOURNAMENT

Event Details
This event will be a 1000 points per person event. This event will consist of 4

rounds running for 60min each over the day.

Equipment Required

• 2 x typed copies of your army lists (1 for you and 1 for your opponent)

• Objective Markers

• Pen

• Templates and Dice as required

• Rulebooks as required

• Your painted army (preferred but not necessary)

• Carry tray
List Construction
Each player may bring a 1000-point Army within the

following restrictions:

• You may use any miniatures you have for the allocated faction.

• You may have 1 command trait as per your factions rules in the Warcry Core Rulebook, this is to be rolled at the
start of the first game and will be your permanent ability for the whole event, no pre match choosing will happen.

• No heroes or monsters will be allowed in factions, this is to be friendly and open game to start of the season.

• Consider the number of models you are bringing. Players who slow play, intentionally

or unintentionally will be penalised.

• Lists are to be created with fun in mind. Overpowered and gamey lists are not in the

spirit of this event. The Game Organiser may award penalties if a list looks to have been

build specifically against the spirit of this event.

• Lists DO NOT have to be submitted prior if they comply with this list of construction

rules. If you want feedback on a list to ensure that you meet the spirit of the event,

please format it into a PDF and send to teztechcomputers1@gmail.com or PM Terrance Trudgett via facebook.

Awards
Awards up for grabs include 3 official Games-Workshop medallions for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place. There are also awards
for factions and painting on the day. More prizes may become available and will be notified to players if they arise.
Scoring
Scoring will be as per the extraction I have provided from the Warcry Core Rulebook below.

Battleplans: chosen at random from the below list:

Each battleplan below has a set deployment and mission so no random cards are needed to be drawn
here.
Hidden Agendas:
Hidden agendas are secondary objectives players can achieve in each round. There are 6 to choose from
below. You can choose only 1 agenda once for the event and is chosen at the first battle round. Players
must reveal their chosen agenda to their opponent at the same time before the first round starts.

Twist cards:
The tournament organiser will choose the twist card for the round out of the cards from the core box
game. This will be for all matches played in the round. Every round a new twist card will be drawn, and
details given to the players, please note some twist cards will be removed from the deck to help with a
more balanced and faster game experience.
