and ends with Simba's exile. With the help of a curious pair of new friends, Simba will have
to learn to mature and recover what belongs to him by right

summary of the story (edwin)

Different kinds of animals lived in a place in the jungle. One of them was the lions, which were made
up of King Mufasa and Queen Sarabi. These had a cub named Simba, which would be the successor
to the throne. Mufasa's brother, named Scar, prepared a plan to stay as the only king, after
implementing this plan, Mufasa was killed and made Simba feel guilty for leaving the jungle and
staying with the throne.

Years later, Simba as an adult rescues Pumbaa from being eaten by a lioness. This turns out to be
her old friend Nala, who upon recognizing him asks her to return to regain the throne. The kingdom
has become a desert, poorly ruled by Scar. Simba returns to the kingdom after having a
conversation with Rafiki, who tells him about his father. Simba's father appears in the sky, telling
him that he must remember who he is and where he comes from. After that vision, Simba, without
hesitation, returns to the kingdom.

Simba, who at first everyone confuses with his father, decides to act after seeing the state of the
kingdom. It is at this moment that Scar forces Simba to tell the secret that he kept all those years:
to be responsible for Mufasa's death. Even though Simba tells that it had been an accident, Scar
takes advantage, and together with his hyenas, takes him to the edge of a precipice. At that
moment a thunderclap falls and a fire starts. Simba slips and tries to hold on. Scar then takes him
by his paws and confesses at that moment that he was the real murderer of his father. Simba full
of rage jumps on Scar and forces him to confess. A battle ensues between nephew and uncle, Scar
dies at the hands of hyenas, and the cycle of life closes when Simba is proclaimed as the new king.

Mufasa (León) was a great king with a generous heart that reigned with wisdom and tried
to maintain the balance of nature. Concentrated on teaching Simba to be prudent, so that
one day he would be a great king.

Pumbaa (wild boar) arrives in time to save Simba when he almost dies in the desert.
Pumbaa seems a little clumsy and silly because he always does what Timon wants and
depends on it.

Rafiki (mandrill) lives in a tree, he is old and wise. He is an important adviser who also
defends Simba when he grows up and tries to regain the kingdom.

Scar (lion) is the brother of Mufasa, Scar was next in the line of succession to the throne,
until the birth of Simba, and is obsessed with being the king. He is cunning and treacherous,
a dangerous enemy of Mufasa and Simba.

Simba (lion cub and future king) is the protagonist of the story. Simba is a playful lion cub
who likes to run and explore. He is the only son of Mufasa, the king of the jungle and head
of "La Roca del Rey". He is always accompanied by his friend Nala, and by the royal butler,
Zazú, who is always aware of both.

Timon (meerkat) with a very large mouth. It is a solitary creature that is accompanied by
Pumbaa, who like him is disowned by the rest of the animals. He jokes at the expense of
Pumbaa and likes to sing as well as hear his voice.

Opinion (yered)
It is an animated feature film that talks about life and death, the loss of loved ones, the weight of
guilt, the responsibility of becoming adults, how to find our place in life, the ambition of power,
betrayals and lies, but he explains it in simple language so that the smallest of the house can
understand it.
