Installation instructions
This installation instructions can be consulted for any telephone that uses the same dialer as this
telephone.
The DIALOR 1 FOR ZZ-9 module is referred to as "module" in this description.
ZZ-9 telephone
The DIALOR1 FOR ZZ-9 "module" you received from 100FARA is generally like this (perhaps not
quite the same as the following figure after the technical improvements)
There are four wiring screws on the dialer, unscrew four screws and remove the wiring board.
The second step: Align the 4 holes on the module to the 4 screw holes of the dialer then fixed the
module with 4 screws.
The 4 screws should not be screwed too hard to prevent the screws from being broken.
Step 3: Insert the spring-plugs of the two wires of the module onto the second and fourth
connectors on the dialer wiring board (see figure below).
The fourth step: Please bend the newly inserted connection piece as shown below.
Step 5: After the installation is completed, the dialer connector(wiring board)should be properly
placed in a position that is not in contact with other conductors or wrapped with insulation tape.
Install the shell of the telephone on the bottom plate and tighten the 2 fixing screws.
Connect the telephone to the telephone line. Pick up the receiver...
If you are successful, you should hear a sound of "beep" which indicates that the module is working
normally.
Congratulations!installation is successful!!!
After it is installed, we can dial numbers, sometime we may be told the dialed number is wrong.
Most of the reason is the contacts of dialers do not contact well, so that the number of pulse signals
is not right and cause errors. This will trouble you to carefully clean the various alloy contactors, and
then try it again.
Special dialing method see next page please.
