Subject : REQUEST TO CONDUCT AN INTERVIEW VISIT

Dear, Sir / Madam,

As part of our study of the subject IT300 – SAD 2 (System Analysis and
Design 2), we, students from College of Business Education would like to visit
from your IT department to have some interview questions with your IT
Specialist to know about their systems use in operating with your business
processes and the likes in our professional field. This is with an objective to
help us giving an insight of the work and our requirements to do some
documents needed for our final project. Likewise, this will supplement the
various theories acquired for our final project for a simultaneous
understanding and application.

In connection with this, we would like to request your good office to allow us to
conduct a visit and have a briefing regarding the operation process. If
