2. (10) HELPFUL HINTS ON APPREHENSION to serve as guide on the

apprehension of road user with traffic violation within the City area of responsibility.

(1) Always physically, mentally fit and ready to perform duty.

(2) Always alert and observe everything that takes place in your respective
posting area.
(3) Always ready to respond to any call of duty.
(4) Always wear the prescribed uniform.
(5) Always be courteous when talking to motorists,
(6) Always introduce yourself to the violators, tell the offense and ask politely
for driver’s license. etc.
(7) Always avoid any corrupt practices.
(8) Always get the plate number and color of vehicle of the fleeing violator.
(9) Always report by fastest means any untoward incident.
(10) Always observe, monitor and report.
